For parents
What exactly happens at a PartyEpic AI party?
A 20-minute cinematic adventure on the party room screen. An opening film shows a world in danger, a scan "finds" the birthday child, and their photo transforms into a hero. The child becomes the Commander and leads three crews of guests through three missions, solving real, hands-on puzzles together and calling out secret codes the story reacts to.
Which ages is it for?
Ages 3 to 14. Every world lists its best age range, and the printable puzzles are made for each age — younger children follow a picture road, older kids crack codes and dodge trap letters.
How do I get it for my child's party?
PartyEpic AI runs at participating party venues. Ask your favorite venue for it, or tell us where you'd like to celebrate and we will reach out to them.
Can we have a world made just for our child?
Yes. A Custom World is built from your child's favorite things — its own story, films, voices and puzzles. Ask your venue about one about a week before the party.
For party venues
What do we need?
A TV or projector with a laptop, an internet connection, speakers, a USB microphone and a printer. No actors, costumes or set-up crew.
How long does it take to learn?
If your coordinators can book a party online and press Start, they can run it. Training takes about an hour, and every world comes with a host guide.
How does pricing work?
You pay per party that is actually played — never for cancelled bookings — and you set your own retail price. Contact us for pilot pricing.
Can we track our coordinators and parties?
Yes. Every booking belongs to a coordinator, with a full history from booking to play, monthly reports, CSV export and itemized monthly statements.
Privacy & safety
What happens to my child's photo?
Photos are only used to create the hero portrait for that party. They are uploaded with a parent's consent, are visible only to the venue's signed-in staff, and are never sold or used to train AI models.
Is any of the content copied from famous movies or games?
No. We borrow genres kids love — space, dinosaurs, wizards, spies, holidays — but every world, character, story and design is original to PartyEpic AI.
Is the content safe for young children?
Yes. Villains are silly or spooky-but-friendly and are always defeated without anyone getting hurt. Nothing is gory or truly scary.
Technical
Does it need the internet?
Yes, the adventure streams from our secure cloud. A normal venue Wi-Fi or wired connection is enough; play events are re-sent automatically if the connection blips.
Which browsers work?
A current version of Chrome or Edge on the party room computer gives the best experience, including voice recognition.
